Let the fun begin!

This blog is a new journey for me - keeping record of my training and holding myself accountable.  I will post training related stuff here as well as nutrition, goal updates, and general weight loss.  

Goals: 
  • I will shred 65 lbs. of fat!
  • Ideal body fat falls in the athlete range: 14-20%
  • Always striving for consistency, not perfection
Program: Nia Shank's Beautiful Badass (Fat Loss)

Nutrition: 
  • Focusing on more natural/whole foods found in nature
  • Supporting local agriculture through farmers markets and CSAs (possibly growing some of our own!)
  • Less dependency on fast and processed foods
